US Constitutional Convention 2100
The year is 2100, and in the United States of America, change is long overdue. The past century has seen wide-spread instability caused by erratic ideological swings in government exacerbated by congressional gridlock and an inability for the system to respond well to change. Boiling underneath this tension is the unrest of the citizens, who feel that their voices are not being heard and their votes do not matter. With the last constitutional amendment being ratified in 1992, multiple large scale prolonged civilian marches having occurred over the last year, and with widespread dissatisfaction and distrust of the upcoming Presidential election, states have decided to send their own delegations to New York City to draft a new constitution independent of Congress. You will be one of these delegates, representing your state to the best of your ability, and it is up to you to find a way to bring America into the 22nd century. Will you be able to resolve the issues currently facing America, or will the 2096 election be America’s last?
